Francesco Carboncini is one of the three founders of MxLA.Radio.

In 2021 he corralled many of his collaborators of the now defunct Radio Flash FM 97.7, which he founded in 1976, to which he also handled its organization and programming.

In 1999 he founded and still now manages the agency Country Lab, that since its inception  specialises in the design, the manufacture and the installation of complete turn-key project and live events for clients like Philip Morris, Ferrari and Ducati and since 1986 he has been their Chief Designer to the biggest Motorsport Events in F1 and MotoGP.

In 1984 he partnered and designed “The Big Club” and was the art director of “Nights for Heroes”, with a long string of successful parties that took place with various multimedia expressions. He designed the interior and the image of record stores and videodiscoteques with video lectures in universities, schools, public initiatives about Rock Interior Design and Moving Images.

In 1980 he created a graphic rock agency specialized in the organization and  promotion of music concerts, such as Bob Marley and the Rolling Stones.

Many of his photographic works for those shows have been used for the creation of posters and music books.
